STUDENT FREE DAY - FRIDAY 8TH AUGUST 2008
Friday the 8th August 2008, will be a student free day. Staff will be involved in training and development issues that affect the wellbeing of the Windsor Gardens Vocational College, therefore the College will be closed on that day.

Windsor
Gardens Vocational College aims to:

employment pathway.

focused vocational preparation throughout the middle and senior years
of schooling.
Provide
accredited vocational Certificates throughout the senior years
of schooling.
Enable
students to develop the attitudes and presentation skills to successfully
promote themselves and their work in their community.
We
also aim to:
Achieve
high standards of literacy and numeracy for all students.
Deliver
a broad and balanced general curriculum, in line with South Australian
Curriculum Standards and Accountability (SACSA) and South Australian
Certificate of Education (SACE) and accredited Certificates of Training from the Australian National Training Authority.
Effectively
prepare students as lifelong learners by ensuring that they leave school
with up to date technology skills, the capacity to learn independently
and a well developed 'work ready' attitude.
